A 49 unit office/warehouse development located in Wangara – it is the largest strata development of its kind in the city of Wanneroo.
It was developed in 2009 and was ahead of its time in design by incorporating internal gated roads, CCTV security cameras to all car park areas and energy efficient design initiatives.
It still sets the benchmark design in office warehouse developments.
