Constructed in 2009, this unique and modern, purpose-built engineering and metal fabrication building was designed to the tenants’ heavy duty specification including:
- High truss workshop facility with two 10 tonne cranes
- 3 street frontages
- 2 workshop bays with large sliding door access points and drive through access
- 400amp power supply
- 40 tonne pin loading on centre columns and 20 tonne pin loading on floors
Construction was completed all within the tenant’s time frame for occupation.
