John is a founding partner of First One Developments and plays a key role in managing projects from acquisition to completion. A highly experienced builder, he oversees daily operations to ensure each development meets the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and craftsmanship.
With over 20 years in the industry, John brings deep expertise in construction, site management, cost analysis, and project feasibility. His hands-on approach, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to exacting standards, while maintaining clear communication across all stakeholders.
Driven by entrepreneurial vision, John established First One Developments, now recognized as one of Perth’s leading property developers. Under his leadership, the company continues to grow, known for delivering enduring commercial and residential projects across Western Australia.
NATALIE ITALIANO
Project Management & Customer Relations
Natalie Italiano is a driving force behind First One Developments, bringing expertise across site acquisition, feasibility, design, planning, and sustainability. Her passion for innovation and quality has been key in shaping the company’s strategic direction and reputation for delivering high-calibre developments.
She led the delivery of WA’s first 5 Star Green Star multi-ownership industrial strata complex at Global Business Park, reinforcing her role as a leader in sustainable development.
Natalie oversees the entire client journey and serves as the direct point of contact for buyers. Known for her integrity, clear communication, and ethical standards, she ensures a transparent, personalised experience where every client feels informed, supported, and confident throughout the process.
With a background in finance and strong business acumen, she brings a client-first mindset and unwavering dedication to excellence—continually driving First One Developments to exceed expectations.
